Guide
What to pack for a retreat
Five days in the mountains ask for less than you think. Layers, comfort, and one warm thing for the evenings — the rest is on the organizer.
Clothes: think layers, not outfits
- Comfortable practice clothes — two or three sets
- A warm layer for mornings and evenings: mountain air cools fast
- One outfit that makes you feel beautiful at dinner
- Walking shoes you already trust, plus something soft for indoors
Small things that matter
- A refillable water bottle
- Sunscreen and sunglasses — mountain sun is stronger than it looks
- A notebook, if reflection is your thing
- Any personal medication, plus a copy of your essentials
What to leave at home
A packed schedule of calls. Heels. The pressure to document everything. A good retreat gives you a reason to put the phone down — let it.
What the organizer covers
On a curated retreat, yoga mats and practice props, bedding, meals, and transfers are arranged for you. If you are unsure whether something is provided — ask, that is what the organizer is for.
FAQ
