Breath
You breathe on her count until the thing you were holding finally moves. What has been standing still for years starts shifting while you are still on the mat.
Guides the practice
Breath in the morning by the water, slow work with the body, nothing forced on anybody. Evgenia guides the practice on Retreat Curator retreats, and she works with women one to one as well.

What she guides
You breathe on her count until the thing you were holding finally moves. What has been standing still for years starts shifting while you are still on the mat.
Work with what stands still in you. It is quiet, it is slow, and it usually lands hours later rather than in the moment.
Nothing is pushed and nothing is held open. A body that has been braced for years gets to let go at its own speed.
The method of Leonid Talpis, which looks for the first cause of what repeats and releases it on the level where it is held.
Kauai, July 2026
Evgenia guided the retreat on Kauai in July 2026. Morning breath by the water, practice on the floor of the house, waterfalls and jungle in between, and evenings on the porch above the ocean.
Milena Chernomorets curated the week and Evgenia held the practice, so every day met the group where it actually stood.

The direction she works in
Gestalt, constellations, provocative therapy, quantum psychology, theta healing, body and process work, gathered by the psychologist Leonid Talpis into one way of listening. Evgenia brings that work to the retreats, where breath and the shared field of the group carry it further than a conversation can.
Evgenia guides practice. Your depth in every session is yours to choose, and any of it can be sat out without explaining why.

Where next
Breath and energy practice run on the weeks whose house has room for them. The open dates carry the experts and the work each of those weeks holds.
