How it reads
One card can be honest. It cannot be certain.
A yes or no draw takes a single card and reads the direction it traditionally moves in. Some cards lean toward yes, some hold the door shut, and a few sit deliberately on the fence. What you get is the tilt of the situation as the deck frames it today, not a fact about tomorrow.
Which is why the meaning under the answer matters more than the answer. The one word tells you where the weight is sitting. The card tells you what it is made of, and that is the part you can actually use.
A reversed card is not a punishment. It usually means the same energy turned inward, delayed or overdone, and that is often where the honest reading lives.

Does he love me, will she call, what are they thinking. A card can describe the shape of a bond. It cannot report on a person who is not in the room.
Health, law and money
Anything with a real expert attached belongs to that expert. Draw a card for how you feel about the decision, then go and make it with facts.
The same question, again
Asking until the answer is yes turns a reading into a slot machine. If you have already drawn on it today, you have your answer and you simply do not like it.

Is a one card yes or no reading accurate?
It is accurate about the lean, not about the outcome. One card gives you the direction the situation is currently moving in and the reason behind it. Treat it as a strong opinion from a symbolic system, not as a report from the future.
What does a reversed card mean in a yes or no draw?
Usually that the card's energy is blocked, delayed or turned inward, so a card that leans yes upright often softens to no or maybe when reversed. A few cards work the other way: the Devil and the Eight of Swords reversed both describe something loosening, which reads as a yes.
How should I word the question?
Keep it about your own move rather than someone else's behaviour. Should I apply, is it time to say this, do I take the room. Those are questions you can act on the moment you read the answer.
Can I draw again if I do not like the answer?
You can, and the cards will keep answering, but the reading stops meaning anything. One question, one card, one day. If you want a fuller picture, ask a different question instead of the same one louder.
