Dates and place
October 25 to 30, 2026, in Sedona, Arizona. Five nights, and four full days of the practice programme between the day you arrive and the day you leave.
What is in the price
Accommodation and meals, the whole practice programme, the ceremonies and the work at the Sedona sites. Flights to Arizona stay on your side.
Where you sleep
In the house: seven bedrooms of three kinds — three with their own bathroom, two connected through one door, two sharing a bathroom with the room next to them. The price is the same whichever one you get.
How much it costs
$2,600 per participant. That covers the house, the transfers, breakfasts and dinners and every practice of the week. The flight to Arizona is the only thing you add.
Deposit and cancellation
A place is held by a deposit, and the rest is paid in parts. If you do not come, the deposit and the payments already made are not returned.
The sweat lodge and your health
The ceremony is voluntary and you may leave the lodge at any moment. It is not suitable during pregnancy, or with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or a condition that needs regular medication. If any of that is yours, speak with your own doctor first. The rest of the programme stays open to you either way.
Coming on your own
Most women arrive alone. The group is small by design, and the first evening is built around meeting each other slowly.
What is a Sedona vortex, and do I have to believe in it?
A vortex is what people here call a handful of spots around Sedona — Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Boynton Canyon, Airport Mesa — where visitors have long reported feeling something shift. There is no instrument that measures it, and no belief is required of you. We walk to those places early, practise there, and you keep your own opinion about what happened.
Do I need to rent a car?
No. You are met at Phoenix Sky Harbor and driven — the transfer is in the price — and every drive during the week is arranged. Sedona sits about two hours from the airport.
What language is the retreat in?
Russian and English. Lexa and Milena both work in either.
Which meals are included?
Breakfasts and dinners are laid on at the house, with the whole group at one long table. Lunch on the trail days stays flexible — tell us about allergies and what you do not eat when you write, and it is arranged in advance.
Is it emotionally hard?
The first two days often are. Strong practice brings up strong states, and that is the work rather than a side effect. You can step out of any practice at any moment, and Lexa and Milena are in the house all five nights.
Do I have to share anything in the circle?
No. Nobody has to speak. Sitting through a circle in silence is a full way to be in it, and no one will ask you why.
Can I leave in the middle of the week?
Yes, at any point and without explaining yourself, and we will help with the road back. The money follows the terms: the deposit and the payments already made are not returned.
What if a night goes badly?
You knock. Lexa and Milena sleep in the same house, and nobody expects you to wait until breakfast.
What happens after I get home?
Nothing is scheduled. What stays with you is whichever practice worked, and the three meditations in Lexa’s voice on this site remain free.
Experience with practice
None is needed. Every practice is led as an invitation, and you choose your own depth at each step.
