Practice guide
She guides the practices at Retreat Curator retreats. Sound, breath, and voice move a room faster than talking about it ever does.
Who she is
Lexa leads the practice program on the retreats Milena Chernomorets curates. In Miami, over four days in March 2026, she took a group of women through sound meditation, breathwork, hypno-meditation, and yoga nidra.
She works with her voice — sound, breath and attention together. The room usually goes quiet long before anyone has been asked to try, and what happens after that happens at your own pace.
At Mount Shasta in September 2026 she guided the practice program again, and her voice carries the three meditations Retreat Curator gives away.

In her own words
The name she teaches under. Behind it: a retreat centre in Bali and more than fourteen years of putting together the practices that work with the body, with attention and with state.

What she guides
Bowls, gong and voice fill the room. You lie down and listen; it asks nothing else of you, and it is the most passive practice she leads.
You breathe on her count until something you were holding finally moves.
You follow her voice down into a very quiet state and stay awake the whole way. What surfaces there is yours, and sometimes it is not what you went in looking for.
Lying still, almost asleep, awake just enough to hear yourself.
How she leads
Lexa guides experiences of attention, breath and rest. You choose how far you go in every practice, and you can sit any of them out without explaining why.

Sedona · October 25–30, 2026
Five days in the red rock country of Arizona: breath and kundalini yoga in the mornings, work at the Sedona vortex sites by day, sound and hypno-meditation in the evenings, and a sweat lodge ceremony for whoever chooses it.

Three guided meditations in her voice are free on this site: deep sleep, restoring strength, and softness toward yourself. No account, no payment.
