Twelve, and the order starts at Aries in late March and runs Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces. The year is divided into twelve equal thirty degree arcs, so the count has been fixed since antiquity. Ophiuchus is a constellation the Sun passes through, and it has never belonged to this system.
Which zodiac sign is the strongest or the best?
None of them, and the question is the fastest way to misuse astrology. Each sign is a set of instincts with a matching set of costs, and every one of them is excellent at something another one finds impossible. A ranking tells you about the person writing it, not about the signs.
Can two people of the same sign be completely different?
