How gate 1 shows up in a life

It shows up as a quiet itch that will not settle until the thing is made your way. Borrowed templates sit wrong in your hands, and you would rather start over than copy. The mood arrives in waves, usually after a stretch of nothing. When it comes, guard the hours and let the work be strange.
