How gate 15 shows up in a life

Two weeks of monk-like discipline, then two weeks of chaos, and you keep trying to average yourself into a normal person. It does not take. Your rhythm is a range, and the swings are the shape of it. Plan around the pattern rather than against it, and let the extremes be useful instead of shameful.
