How gate 24 shows up in a life

The same thought visits you at three in the morning for a month, and then one ordinary Tuesday it resolves and never comes back. Trying to force the answer early only extends the loop. Give the mind something quiet to chew on, walking, water, repetitive hands, and stop treating the return as evidence that you are obsessive.
