How gate 52 shows up in a life

You can stay with one thing for hours while the world moves past, and forced motion makes you clumsy and irritable. The stillness is not laziness, it is where your focus comes from. Build days with long unbroken blocks and few appointments. When you cannot sit still at all, that is a reliable signal that something needs attention.
